Chocolate Butter Crunch Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Line a greased rimmed cookie sheet with unsalted Saltine crackers.
In a sauce pan on medium heat melt 2 sticks of Land o Lakes Unsalted butter and 1 cup dark brown sugar. Bring to a boil and stir for 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with 12oz bag of choc chips, let stand for a few minutes and then spread over crackers. Top with slivered or sliced almonds or other nuts and colored sprinkles as desired.
Cool in fridge and then break apart. Enjoy
